Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to all services of Arifi Global LLC-FZ provided to business customers (entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 of the German Civil Code), unless otherwise agreed in writing. No contracts are concluded with consumers; a valid VAT ID must be provided during checkout.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, and unless mandatory law requires otherwise, payments made are final. Because our consulting, AI, web, project and business services are individually scoped, work performed, consultations held and digital deliverables supplied are generally non-refundable.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our services begin once payment has been received and confirmed. By completing payment you expressly request us to begin providing the ordered services without undue delay. Preparation, planning, research, resource and schedule allocation and project execution may therefore start immediately upon receipt of payment.

Once work starts, planning, resources and scheduling are committed. Cancelling therefore does not automatically create a right to a refund. Work performed up to the date of cancellation will be invoiced.

We deliver consulting and implementation. Commercial success depends on many factors outside our control. No specific commercial, financial or strategic outcome is guaranteed.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, or for lost profit. Liability for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health, remains unaffected. Decisions about your business remain yours.

AI-generated content may contain errors. All AI-generated recommendations, documents and output must be independently reviewed before use. We accept no responsibility for decisions taken solely on the basis of AI output.

You review and approve all content before publication. You are responsible for the legal compliance of content you supply — texts, images, trademarks, third-party material.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control — official measures, force majeure, network outages, cyber incidents or third-party service disruption.

By completing payment through Stripe or another approved payment method, you confirm that:

• the order is binding;
• Arifi Global LLC-FZ may begin work immediately;
• planning and resources are committed upon payment confirmation;
• you have read and accepted these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

We obtain this confirmation actively before forwarding you to Stripe: without ticking the box for the Terms and the Privacy Policy, the purchase cannot be started.
